Enrolment Manager - Twickenham

Up to £35,000 per annum. Competitive salary & benefits

This is a full-time hybrid role based at our Twickenham Head Office (2-3 days office-based). We are looking for an experienced Enrolment Manager to efficiently manage the onboarding function of all new learners from application and initial assessment through to enrolment and induction. The manager will lead a small team, working closely with the data and operations team to ensure all learners have the best starting point and high standards of quality and compliance are maintained and contractual requirements met.

Early Years Tutor

Locations: North London 

Reports to: Team Manager           

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000  

We are excited to be recruiting for several Early Years Tutor to join our fantastic team of passionate education professionals. Early Years is a leading provision within Hawk’s portfolio, grown through our reputation as an Outstanding training provider with over 30 years’ experience. Passionate about people, we are an Investors in People Gold company, so you can expect ongoing professional development and personal growth. 

After a robust induction, you will be allocated your own caseload of apprentices who will range from those new entrants to leaders wanting to progress their careers. You will be delivering our apprenticeship programmes through a blend of online and face to face learning at the employer’s premises. Working closely with their employers, you'll develop apprentice’s knowledge, skills, and behaviours along with maths and English.  

Skills and experience: 

  • Sector experience with at least 2 years' at senior or management level
  • Suitably qualified with an Early Years qualification, Level 3 or above  
  • Hold an assessing qualification, i.e. TAQA, CAVA, A1 (desirable)
  • Minimum qualification in English and maths of a Grade C/Grade 4 
  • Passion to teach and develop individuals to fulfil their potential
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 
  • Full, clean driving license and willing to travel for this role

We are looking for experienced Leadership and Management Tutors to join an Ofsted Outstanding training provider, to deliver CMI accredited apprenticeship programmes to middle and senior managers, largely from the public sector, but also from a range of diverse national brand employers.  

Hawk is an Investors in People Gold organisation, so you can expect ongoing support for your own development and career progression. After a robust induction, you will be allocated your own caseload of apprentices. You will be delivering our apprenticeship programmes through a blend of online and face to face learning at the employer’s premises. Working closely with their employers, you'll develop apprentice’s knowledge, skills, and behaviours along with maths and English. 

You will be responsible for delivering professional, high quality leadership and management programmes (through workshop delivery and 1-1 visits) in client locations as well as online. Your passion for learning, coaching, and developing others will empower future leaders to develop their knowledge and skills and reach their potential.  

Skills and experience: 

  • Management professional with at least 3 years management experience (essential) 
  • Passionate about the subjects of Leadership and Management  
  • Experienced in delivering Leadership and Management apprenticeships 
  • Hold an assessing qualification, i.e. TAQA, CAVA, A1 (Essential)
